OPEN MAT

On Saturdays 10.30am we open our doors to all jiu jitsu ,wrestling and MMA athletes for one of the biggest open mats in the UK. This is a sparring session with 9min rounds with an amazing atmosphere and some of the best athletes Europe joining us and it’s absolutely FREE for everyone.
